Sermon Title: True Discipleship

Sermon Summary: How can Jesus’ example of spreading the gospel help us in modern Britain today? Jesus demanded that the 12 disciples acted on what he was telling them. He gave them a way to live, he gave them goals to achieve. He led by example. He trained, equipped, and empowered them. He proved that it only took 3 years to fully train ordinary men who could then go out (with the Holy Spirit) to mentor/teach other people. He commanded them to make disciples.

Sermon Series: Telling the ‘Good News’

About this Sermon Series: Jesus entrusted everyone who believes to ‘Go’ and spread the good news to others. This means it’s a task assigned to all Christians, so why does it seem so hard to be a witness in modern society? Jesus through his ministry gave us the blueprint of what true discipleship should entail and the ways in which we can achieve it. Follow us through the month of April to find out how you can fulfil your true potential as a disciple of Christ.
